Someone suggested I start a blog about my experiences working with VB.net. So I thought I’d give it a go.
I have recently got a Windows 7 Phone (Samsung Omnia 7) and have set up a development account and have started to learn about how to develop for it. (In VB of course 
)
I’ll post my first experiences soon. This is just a quick hello world post.

It’s more along the line of I know and am comfortable with VB and have to learn C# 🙂
I’ve lost count of the number of times people have said that VB.net is for mocking up forms and you need C# to write anything the needs performance. (At least I know they do not know the concept of .net at that point 🙂 )

C# is easy to master, it’s pretty much as simple as the syntax changing 🙂 oh, and square and round brackets…. void instead of Sub…
Maybe a few changes… but won’t take long!
